No, the training is designed for all levels. Richy tells you where to start. There are up to 5 levels of breathing. From day one, you will learn the basics and gradually progress to more advanced techniques, culminating in the HYPOPRESSIVE technique.
You only need between 10 and 15 minutes a day. The key is consistency, not duration. The exercises can be easily adapted to your routine.
